Prices includes:

   -  water, electricity including air conditioning, gas;

   -  supply of bed, bath and kitchen linens;

   -  parking.

The minimum length of stay in Nurazzolas is one week, from 17.00 o'clock on your arrival day to 10.00 am on your leaving day. To be agreed for different periods.
 

Payment conditions:

   -  30% deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer or postal money order;

   -  final payment at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date;

   -  a security deposit of euro 150,00 at the time of delivery of the apartment, which will be returned at the end of          _cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ the stay provided no damage occurred;

   -  additional bed/cradle: euro 140.00 per week.

 
Penalties for cancellation of the contract by the customer (as % of total amount due):

   -  from 7 to 0 days before the scheduled arrival date, penalty of 95%of the total amount of the stay;

   -  in case of non-arrival of the client_cc781905-5cde-5bd-no showbad-cf583_bbd, penalty of 100%of the total amount of the booking.
