Rates are inclusive of:
• products for breakfast: coffee, tea , milk, biscuits;
• consumptions of water, electric power including air-conditioning, gas;
• bed linen supply, for bath and kitchen;
• cleanings, inclusive final cleaning, except the kitchenette, for which is demanded however a reimbursement of euro 50.00.
Flats:
• two places: composed by a dobule room, a living room with kitchen complete with crockery, tv, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, veranda/gazebo;
• four places: composed by a double room and a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with kitchen complete with crockery, tv, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, veranda/gazebo;
Services:
• products for breaksfast available in the flats: coffee, tea , milk, biscuits;
• weekly change of bed linen, towels for the bath and dusters for kitchen, ( in July and August twice a week ) with flat rearrangement.
Minimum stay:
• the minimun stay is one week (from Saturday at 5.00 P.M. to the following Saturday at 10:00 A.M).
• Different periods: to be agreed.
Payment:
• Security deposit 30% on booking through bank transfer, or postal money order.
• full at least two weeks before the arrival date.
• Upon receiving the keys to the dwelling, a refundable bail bond of euro 150 is required, it will be returned on at the restitution of the flat.
• For children of age up to the three years, in the bed with the parents, their stay is free; it`s possible to add bed or cradles (euro 100 per week).
Penalties:
Annulment of the contract for customer guilt :
• Within thirty preceding days the arrival date penalty of 10%;
• From twenty-nine to fifteen days preceding the arrival date penalty of 30%;
• From fourteen to three days preceding the arrival date penalty of 50%;
• From two days preceding the arrival date or no show penalty of 95%..
- By fax: you must fill in the booking form and send it to the fax address; the Farm House Nurazzolas will confirm booking sending back you the form with date and stamp.
- By telephone: after you booked by telephone, you must send a fax as above or you must send an email; the Farm House Nurazzolas will confirm booking.
- By email: you must fill in the booking form; the Farm House Nurazzolas will confirm booking by email.
